10. Information Accuracy
It is imperative that applicants provide accurate information when submitting their nominations. Once a data verification certificate or award letter has been issued, no modifications can be made to the information provided. Any requests for changes will be treated as new applications, necessitating a complete re-evaluation of the submission.
11. File Retention Policy
Applicants bear full responsibility for the safekeeping of their certificates or award letters. Our organization retains files in the database for a limited period of 14 days, after which they are permanently deleted. Any requests for reissuance of a certificate after this timeframe will be regarded as new applications, requiring the applicant to undergo the entire application process again.

12. Exemplary Model Requirement
The Adroid Foundation is dedicated to recognizing and honoring individuals or institutions that serve as exemplary models for society. The foundation carefully evaluates the profiles and biodata provided by the applicants. It is crucial for applicants to provide accurate and truthful information, as any discrepancies discovered by the award committee may lead to rejection and disqualification from consideration.
13. Payment Manipulation Policy
As part of the application process, there is a registration fee that covers evaluation charges and donations towards the organization's social welfare activities. Any attempt by an applicant to manipulate or misuse payment slips by submitting multiple applications will not be tolerated. The award committee has the authority to thoroughly investigate such cases and, if found guilty, reject and disqualify the application.
14. No Refund for Disqualification
Disqualified applicants are not eligible for a refund or cancellation of their application. Once an applicant has been disqualified, they will not be able to receive a refund for any fees paid or have their application cancelled. It is important for applicants to carefully review the eligibility criteria and requirements before submitting their application.
15. False Information Policy
The foundation relies on the information provided by applicants in their profiles and biodata to make informed decisions. Any false or misleading information will not be tolerated. If the award committee discovers any inaccuracies or fabrications, they reserve the right to reject and disqualify the applicant from receiving the award.

16. Delivery Timeline Refunds
Our refund policy ensures that customers are eligible for a refund if the organization fails to deliver digital products/materials within 14 days or physical products/materials within 21 days.
